He represents people who suffered catastrophic car accidents and injuries. Isaac practices exclusively in the area of plaintiff personal injury law.
Isaac received a Bachelors degree with Honors in Business and a law degree from University of Windsor. He was called to the British Columbia bar in 2018. He has a varied experience and deals with actions involving all facets of personal injury claims including motor vehicle accident tort claims, accident benefits claims, slip and fall property loss and product liability. Isaac has appeared at various levels of court and Financial services commission (FSCO) on behalf of injured plaintiffs.
Prior practising in association and counsel to Diamond and Diamond™, Isaac practiced at a personal injury litigation firm as well as a prominent insurance defence firm in Toronto.
During Isaac’s time practicing insurance defence, Isaac represented insurance companies in motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, property loss, fire and flood claims. Over the years, Isaac has gained substantial exposure to all areas of litigation practice. Isaac also has significant experience in Occupiers’ Liability Act claims representing persons injured in slip and fall incidents.
