Raminder joined the Diamond & Diamond Vancouver office in 2020. She completed her Juris Doctorate at Bond University in Australia, where she also completed a Masters in Business. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology at the University of British Columbia. Raminder has experience in personal injury and criminal law, as well as insurance defence work. Her insurance defence work was based around contractual breaches, arson, falsified information, staged accidents, bad faith, liability and fraud claims generally. Raminder has extensive experience in the Provincial Court system and has also appeared in the Supreme Court of B.C. on several occasions. Outside of law, she is actively involved in the legal community and serves as the Chair of the CBABC Equality and Diversity Committee, a Director and Secretary of the South Asian Bar Association, and a UBC and FACL law students mentor.
